Unfortunately, we have been unable to locate any information within scope of your request.  

I regret that I am unable to supply you with the information you requested as The City of Edinburgh Council does not hold this information. Extensive searches were carried out by our Children & Families department as well as our by our SCAI team, however they were unable to locate any of the records that you have requested.

Searches were carried out for David Piacentini,  D.O.B. 26/05/1967. Unfortunately, no records were located.

Kirkland Park was run by Ayrshire Council and I recommend that you contact them to see if they hold any records at: Make a subject access request - South Ayrshire Council. Kerelaw Secure Unit was run by Strathclyde Regional Council and subsequently Glasgow City Council and I recommend you contact them at: Subject Access Request - Glasgow City Council.
