She has some \nblood in her urine but tells me this is longstanding and her renal consultant is monitoring this. There was a plan \nfor a colonoscopy in 2022 after she had a positive Q-fit but this never happened. \nPatricia had an admission in July with microcytic anaemia and was given 1 unit PRCs. She was discharged with \nadvice to monitor-Hb but no plan for further investigations.
