Patricia is a 40~ \nyear-old lady with non-proteinuric CKD3 and hypocitraturia with previous biochemistry consistent with \nrenal tubular acidosis type 1. \nShe has been managing to take her Potassium Citrate twice daily, when she initially took it 3 times daily \nshe had significant heartburn, but has been fine on the reduced dose, She has had no frank haematuria \nor symptoms of a urinary tract infection. \n| have repeated all her bloods again today including her renal biochemistry, full blood count, \nhaematinics and also a random glucose and HbAlc, as | noted that a random glucose in November was \nslightly high at 10.1. Any significant results will be at the bottom of this letter.
