I am pleased to see that you are looking \nbit better than when I had last seen you and that you had managed to put on some weight \u2014 your weight at your initial \nclinic appointment was 36.3kg, and you were 48,5kg at clinic today. \nWe discussed the results of your recent blood fests which have shown that your iron levels were again on the low side \u2014 \nyour blood counts had normalised in June of this year (haemoglobin 126) but now has fallen again to 91. This seems to be \ndue to underlying low fevels of iron ~ I will book you into the Planned Investigation Unit for an iron infusion to iry and \nreplenish this. [ can see this has been rescheduled for November. \nGiven your raised qFIT (>400) we would strongly recommend carrying out some form of lower gastrointestinal \ninvestigation \u2014 a colonoscopy would be first choice. You have missed appointments for a couple of these and I think you \nare anxious about getting this done. You are feeling worried about your kidneys and wanted to focus on this at the \nmoment.
