Includes snacks and glasses of full fat milk daily. Patient is in calorie deficit due to skipping evening meal. \nPla \n= \nPatient was given food fortification advice and provided with nourishing diet NDR leaflet. \nEncouraged to increase high calorie and high protein sources, \nAdvised to leave 30 minutes after taking caffeine drinks to help with absorptlon of Iron at meal times. \nEncouraged patient {o increase Tron sources. \nB \u2014 \nPatient is for Community follow up.
