She bad an adwission in June 2022 following an episade of vomiting where she developed \nhyperkalaemia and AKL ' \nDuring this admission shi\u00a2 was given intravenous fluids and her renul [unction returmed back to normal. The day \nafter discharge her renal funclion was still completely normal. However, her GP has been monitoring her renal \nfunction, which has again deteriorated and her eGFR has dropped to 40, uren of 10.8 and potassivm of 3.2, \nUnfortunately, her GP has not passed on any further information about whether the patient. T note there has been a \nLurther positive urine specimen from 7% July with an e-coli and on 16 June she had an e-coli UTL ' \nThe patient is from Kilsyth. \nin view of the previous imaging, [ wonder whether the patient needs to be scen urgently by yourselves or does she \n- need any further imaging, \nOf interest, I believe she may have had Trimethoprim as treatment just prior to her last
