Your endoscopy was requested as you \nwere having troublesome problems with reflux, and if you are having ongoing problems then one option may be for your \nGP to increase your Esomeprazole to 40mgs twice daily. You had anaemia in 2019, and it would be worthwhile getting \nyour bloods repeated al your GP practice to see if this is a persistent issue. If you are still anaemic with no explanation on \nyour recent upper Gl endoscopy, then it would be worth considering whether or not some tests looking into the lower \nbowe} were required.
