She reported worsening reflux for the past few months, which was not related to any particular food \ngroups. A recent increase in her PPl therapy was of some benefit to her symptoms. She reparted no \ndysphagia, no haematemesis and ho weight loss, \nEndoscopy revealed a normal oesophagus, a non erosive gastritis and a normal duodenum. CLO test was \nobtained was negative. : \n| now have the lady's histopathology results available. D2 biopsies taken in view of anaemia show fragments \nof normal ducdenal mucosa. 1 have advised the lady to continue on her current PPl therapy as it was of \nbenefit from her symptoms and | will
