Inthe R.T.A. on \n19\/02\/04 she suffered a whiplash type injury to her neck, with tenderness over the \nparavertebral muscles, confirmed when she was examined on 21\/02\/04, She had full \nrange of movement and was given Ibuprofen 400mgs three times daily. \nWhen she was reviewed on 27\/04\/04 she still had some neck and was given Voltarol on \nthis occasion, along with a heat rub. On 24\/06\/04 she said her neck still aches a bit at \ntimes and is uncomfortable when she lies the wrong way in bed. There is also some \nmorning stiffness. \nApparently, she also suffered a forehead bruise and graze at the time of the accident but \nthis healed within a week. She was also anxious for two or three days following the time \nof the accident. \nHer treatment received has already been documented but she was also given a Sick Line \nfrom the time of the accident onwards, and she remains off sick to date, with her current \n. Line being given for six weeks from 24\u2122 June 2004.
