The basal inferior \n- wall appears reduced, The remainder of thd LV is thought to retain reasonable contractility. \nOverall LV systolic function is thought to be Inildly impaired. No accurate LV ejection \nfraction possible. \u2019 ' . \nNormal LA size. ' \u2018 \nRight heart chambers are not dilated. No ohvious RV walf motion abnormality seen. \n3 cusp aortic valve opens well. No aortic stehosis, trace of regurgitation detected. \nMitral vaive leaflets open freely. No mitral stenosis mild jet of regurgitation detected. \nTricuspid valve leaflets open freely, trivial re\u00e9gurgitation detected. Estimated pulmonary \nartery systolic pressure= TRmaxPG (25mmHE) + RAP (SmmHg). \nNo pulmonary stenosis or obvious regurgitation detected, \n- ECG - Atrial flutter rate 107, last ech sinus tachy 105bpm \nShe recently didn\u2019t attend her endoscopy as|scared of complications - she is very anxious and | have \ntried to reassure her we are just trying to make sure she is ok, \nThank you again
