CTAP showed moderate bilateral hydronephrosis, with left ureter \nobstrucling stone, and pyelonephritis of left kidney, She was taken for left ureteric stent insertion and \nreceived IV antibiotics for infection. ' \nShe Is now medically fil for discharge wilh improving LFTs. She will receive a left rigld ureteroscopy, \nlaser stone fragmentation and stent exchange in \nsix {o aight weeks as per urology.
