\nHe was managed for an ieCOPD and was given regular nebulisers, doxycycline, and prednisolone. \nHe improved and once \nhe was off oxygen and nebulisers he was discharged home. \nDuring admission he reported significant weight loss over the past few months, so has been referred \nto dieticians as an \nOP and has been referred for a repeat CT to be done as an OP (he appears to have missed the last
