He improved and once \nhe was off oxygen and nebulisers he was discharged home. \nDuring admission he reported significant weight loss over the past few months, so has been referred to dieticians as an \nOP and has been referred for a repeat CT to be done as an OP (he appears to have missed the last surveillance CT of his \nlung nodule). \nInvestigations: \n- CT Awaited as OP - this will happen on 02\/10 \nFollow up: \n- Dietician review as OP \nDrug changes: \n- Inhaler changed to Trimbow 172\/5\/9 2 puffs BD \nActions for GP: \n- Please review BP control and medications as he reports not
