Last December he was admitted to hospital with troponin \nnegative chest pain and at that point he was reviewed and his history was in keeping with a panic \nattack and breathlessness in the context of COPD and an outpatient myocardial perfusion scan was \nrequested at that point. \n| can see that Dr Rae has arranged a myocardial perfusion scan which took place in January and \nwas reassuring and only showed a partially fixed inferior defect consistent with a previous MI. There \nwas only a small area of mild reversibility in the distal inferior apical area affecting only 3% of his \nmyocardium. \nIf you have any concerns regarding his symptoms | would be more than happy to review him in the \nclinic in the future.
