{"text":"NHS Confidential: Personal data about a patient \nNorwood Henry CHI: 0101506015 FDL 20\/12\/2024 v1 \npain was felt to be atypical in that it occurs both on exertion and at rest and it worse when he takes \na breath in. He felt the pain was different from the chest pain that he had when he presented with \nhis myocardial infarction last year. At times the pain is almost constant. Troponin was negative and \nthere were no acute ECG changes. With his underlying COPD, exercise testing would be unhelpful \nand it was not felt there was sufficient grounds to proceed to repeat coronary angiography.
