Consider bronchoscopy \n| reviewed Mr Norwood in my respiratory clinic on 16th October 2024. He still has problems with his \nanterior upper abdomen\/chest wall pain. He awaits a cardiology clinic appointment. He previously \nattempted an exercise tolerance test but managed less than 2 minutes. \n| think it would be reasonable to update Mr Norwood's CT scan. Thereafter we can consider a \nbronchoscopy. We performed multiple blood tests which showed no evidence of immunodeficiency. \nIt did show a raised aspergillus IgG.
