His chest x-ray from admission has now been reported which showed some \nscarring in the left upper lobe which has previously been noted but no other acute findings. | note \nhe subsequently attended for his.exercise tolerance test but unfortunately he only managed one \nminute and forty-one seconds due to breathlessness W|th no chest pain and no ECG changes.
