High sensitivity troponins \non three occasions were negative. ECG Sinus Rhythm with no acute ST changes. Reviewed by \ncardiology team and oral nitrate was increased. Bp was slightly labile, therefore reduced Ramipril \ndose from 5mg twice daily to 5mg once daily. We have organised an early outpatient exercise \ntolerance test as Mr Norwood was keen for home as no one to look after his cat. He will be followed \nup at cardiclogy hot clinic. \nPMH: \nLimiting shortness of breath and fatigue. \nNon cardiac chest pain. \nNon ischaemic heart disease - inferior STEMI May 2023 - PCl to RCA.
