Associated \nshortness of breath but under i i by respi y physici High itivity troponins on three occasions were \nnegative. ECG Sinus Rhythm with no acute ST changes. Reviewed by cardiology team and oral nitrate was increased. Bp \nwas slightly labile, therefore reduced Ramipril dose from 5mg twice daily to 5mg once daily. We have organised an early \noutpatient exercise tolerance test as Mr Norwood was keen for home as no one to look after his cat. He will be followed up \nat cardiology hot clinic. \nPMH: \nLimiting shortness of breath and fatigue. \nNon cardiac chest pain. \nNon ischaemic heart disease - inferior STEMI May 2023 - PCI to RCA. \nResidual moderate LAD disease - medical therapy. \nPreserved ejection fraction (65%) post MI. \nSignificant COPD. \nContinued smoker. \nType 2 diabetes mellitus. \nBloods: UE, LFT and FBC were unremarkable.
