Since his last attendance his \ncondition has deteriorated somewhat. He complains of chest tightness on exertion with associated \nbreathlessness. While he does not say this is identical to his previous angina which felt more like \nindigestion this sounds like typical cardiac pain. It tends to settle down 15-20 minutes after he stops. \nGTN does not always help. | note his preivous cardiac history and his history of a STEMI in 2023. \n| took the opportunity to discuss his case with Dr Rae. He agreed to expedite his clinic appointment \nand in addition he has suggested we prescribe Nicorandil to his current medications. | have given Mr \nNorwood worsening advice and checked his troponin today. As regards his lung nodules we discussed \nhis case at our x-ray meeting. These lung nodules are unlikely to be causing any symptoms in any \ncase. | checked his immune function today. The plan was potentially to do a bronchoscopy but given \nhis cardiac symptoms | think we should avoid this for now. | will arrange for him to come back to clinic \nin a couple of menths to see how he
