Comparison is made with the chest film of 18\/09\/2023 and the CT of \n121\/03\/2023 04\/09\/2022. No major findings within the lower neck or the axiilae. No \nmediastinal'masses and no significant intrathoracic lymphadenopathy. There is modest \ncoronary artery calcification and there is a stent in the RCA. No other cardiac findings. \nNormal calibre central pulmonary arteries and thoracic aorta. There are diffuse \nemphysematous changes but no large bullae. There is postinflammatory scarring at both \nlung apices. The cavitating focus posteriorly in the left upper lobe adjacent to the oblique \nfissure overall shows no major change in size and there is a persistent small focus of \ninflammatory debris within this cavity. Antero medially within the left upper lobe at the \nlevel of the carina (image 3 - 193) there is a new irregular 11 mm nodule which may be \ninflammatory. There is a static small focus of scarring posteriorly in the apical segment \nof the right lower lobe. No other focal lung pathology of note. \nNo obstructive endobronchial pathology and no bronchiectasis. No evidence of \ninterstitial lung disease. No pleural pathology. No focal abnormality within the \ncesophagus or proximal stomach. The visualised pancreas is a little atrophic but shows \nno focal abnormality. No other major findings within the limited views of the upper \n.abdomen. There are modest degenerative changes within the spine. No destructive \nskeletal pathology. \nSummary: No clear evidence of intrathoracic malignancy. Essentially static left upper \nlobe scarring.
