He \ncontinues to describe symptoms of acute shortness of breath during exertion which is paired with a \npressure discomfort to his diaphragm area. The sensation is so acute and sudden that getting GTN \nout of pocket and using takes him some time, therefore he is unsure if use of GTN brings full relief or \nif his symptoms improved with the time taken to get the spray ready. \n| had contacted consultant cardiologist Dr Eitiba at time of initial post event clinic to advise him of the \nsob symptoms and he had agreed that trialling withhold of bisoprolol might be a good plan. However \nhenry has found no benefit to stopping and has recommenced following his visit to ED this week. \nTherefore | am contacting you to ask for review of medication, particularly to consider commencing \nan antianginal agent such as ISMN and | will review his progress at end of next week on this. He \nwill need BP\/HR review as we have not seen him face to face as declined engagement in phase 3 \nexercise programme at present. \n| note that there have been unusual findings on CXR both during
