We discussed return to work and phased return however by time of Post \nMI Clinic he had already returned to his work full time six days per day 10 hours. He has follow up \nwith the Respiratory Clinic on 26\/10\/2023 to monitor lung lesion. Mr Norwood was assessed today \nby the Cardiac Rehab Nursing Team following recent cardiac event. He denies any cardiac sounding \nsymptoms but is notably more short of breath as COPD symptoms have worsened since discharge. \nHenry was also assessed by the Cardiac Rehab Physiotherapist today and
