COPD \u2014current smoker. PFT's 2015 which showed moderate obstruction with hyper inflation \n2. Left upper lobe lesion, likely inflammatory \n3. Coronary artery calcification on CT \n| had a telephone consultation with Mr Norwood in Dr Maclay's clinic today. His most recent CT scan \non 04\/09\/2022 showed that the previously visualised left upper lobe lesion was felt to have reduced \nslightly in size. The lesion showed some central cavitation on CT scan and it was felt that this was \nmost likely inflammatory. | reviewed Mr Norwood'\u2019s previcus CT scans in clinic with Dr Maclay and we \nagreed to review Mr Norwood\u2019s imaging again in 6 months\u2019 time. Noted was the rapid growth of this \nleft upper lobe lesion between his CT scans in February and May of 2022. \nMr Norwood does report breathlessness on exertion. His most recent course of antibiotics and \nsteroids was at the beginning of August. He is on appropriate therapy for his COPD. He reports that \nthe chest pain he was originally referred with has now eased. Noted he has recently been started on \nAtorvastatin given the appearance of coronary artery calcification on his CT scan. \n| discussed with Mr Norwood that we would request a CT scan in 6
