Today he attended review where he had no dressing in \nsitu. \nOn examination his wound on the palmar aspect of his hand and finger are fine, healed and \nintact. He had actually removed the dressing himself a few days ago and the sutures wiped \naway very easily so there are no sutures to be removed today. He continues to moisturise \nthe wound as this is a bit raised due to scar tissue and continues to moisturise this with \nE45 and this is done with pressure. He can make a fist and he can extend his fingers also, \nhe does describe of having intermittent discomfort but this is normal and this should settle \ndown over the next few weeks. | have discharged
