There is no invasive malignancy and the cauterised margin is \nclear of dysplastic epithelium. \n\\We were unable to pass colonoscopy beyond the distal sigmoid during the procedure due \nto what was thought to be a diverticular stricture. | have arranged for him to return to Mr \nDavid Chong (Colorectal Surgeon) list in three months' time to inspect the polypectomy site \nand to attempt a
