Chest x-ray from October 2015 was satisfactory confirmed moderate airflow \nobstruction with minor reversibility. \nI think it is likely that all his symptoms come from COPD. | advised him to stop smoking which he agreed \nwith but declined smoking cessation advice. His treatment seems appropriate and the only thing to do \nis request an exercise tolerance test in case his cheat pain represents angina.
