Decreased air entry left upper chest Smoker \nCT chest 2010 - emphysematous lungs. \nXR Chest : \nComparison was made with the previous radiograph of 19\/12\/2011. \nThe lungs are emphysematous. There is a 10 mm opacity projected over the 5th \nintercostal space on the right which is not apparent on the previous radiograph. This \nmight be spurious but focal mtrapulmonary lesion cannot be excluded. Dependlng on \nthe degree of clinical suspicion follow-up chest x-ray ( in 4-6 weeks tlme) or CT \nrecommended for further assessment. \n[The heart is not enlarged. Normal mediastinal outline. \nRef.
