He previously \nattended the A & E Department on the 6th of January 1986 \nwith a minor infection over the right knee with the porthole \nof entry being a small puncture wound. He was treated with \nintravenous antibiotice and subsequently this was changed \nto oral antibiotics when his condition improved. On review \nat the clinic today, the busitis has completely settled. \nThere remains only a small granulated wound which requires \ndressing.
